“From the first meeting at the home we were selling, Bethanne was efficient and professional — and still personable. She handled everything for us and made the whole process easy. She literally filled out the paperwork for us by asking us the questions. This would have taken us much longer, but because she was familiar with the forms, she could cut to the chase. We needed to have the lock re-keyed because we had had sever tradesmen in recently, and she took care of having that done. She knew exactly what did and did not need to be done, and she handled all details. She was very familiar with the area, and knew more about the property than we did. She kept us updated; and, within 4 days of listing, we had 3 offers and had signed a contract.
