Scout™'s conversational answers are generated with the assistance of a third-party artificial-intelligence service provider that processes the text of your questions in order to produce a response. Conversations may be stored so Scout™ can maintain context and so we can review quality and follow up on your request. Completed Scout™ intakes are handled like any other website inquiry and are routed to our team for follow-up as described in this Privacy Policy.
Scout™ provides general information only. It does not provide legal, tax, lending, insurance, or appraisal advice, and no decision producing legal or similarly significant effects about you is made solely by automated means.
